You'll first need to set up a Facebook Business Page before you can access this feature. Before you start driving traffic to your page, make sure it's optimized with excellent "recommendations", consistent posts, a strong CTA, and photos/videos. Again, I recommend outsourcing this to a pro at first, learning the ropes, and then trying it yourself once you feel comfortable. It's a very robust system that can easily overwhelm. Plenty of business owners have tried it themselves and then when it doesn't work they just throw their hands up and give up. When, in reality, it's a very effective marketing strategy, but may have not been set up properly.
