Every once in a while you're going to have a customer that even YouTube cat videos wouldn't make them happy. Sometimes they're looking for a free service and sometimes they're just impossible to please. That's out of your control. When separate customers start complaining about the same team...that's a red flag that needs to be resolved quickly.
