One of my first jobs was working at a smoothie shop where we offered a "punch card." Every time you purchased a smoothie, you got one stamp on your card. After 10 stamps you could trade in your card for a free smoothie. Customers loved it! Having some type of rewards program keeps customers coming back again and again. Something like, "free oven cleaning after your 10th cleaning" incentivizes customers to purchase more cleanings.
